By making a reservation at Holi Top, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Holi Top. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 17:00 (5:00 PM) and check-out is 11:00 (11:00 AM). You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date are fully refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during the stay will be charged to the responsible guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted.
5. Liability
Holi Top is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. We are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control, including natural events or utility outages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from a stay at Holi Top shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ierapetra, Crete.
